This Website and the Services may only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of this Website and/or the Services violates no applicable law, regulations or third-party rights.
Service Reselling
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this Website and of its Services without the Owner’s express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling program.

Prohibited Activities
In connection with your use of the Sites and/or the Services of RESET FIT WELLNESS, you acknowledge and agree that you will not:

Copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, products or services obtained through the RESET FIT WELLNESS Site or the Services;

Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes” or any other form of solicitation;
Attempt to register, attempt to subscribe or attempt to unsubscribe any party for any RESET FIT WELLNESS Site and Services if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so. You may not use the Site or the Services of BRESET FIT WELLNESS in any manner that could damage, disable or interfere with any other user’s use and enjoyment of the RESET FIT WELLNESS Site and/or the Services;
Use the Site and/or the Services of RESET FIT WELLNESS for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions;

Site Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use the Sites and Services of RESET FIT WELLNESS. If you are not yet the Site Minimum Age and/or do not meet any other eligibility requirements, or, if for any reason, you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, please discontinue using the Site immediately because by using or attempting to use the Site, you certify that you are at least the Site Minimum Age or meet any other eligibility requirements of the Site and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Accounts, Passwords and Security
If any of the Sites and/or Services require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing RESET FIT WELLNESS with current, complete and accurate information, as prompted by the applicable registration form. You acknowledge that by providing any information to RESET FIT WELLNESS which is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, RESET FIT WELLNESS reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your continued access and use of the Sites and/or the Services.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. FURTHERMORE, YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES AND CONDUCT, WHETHER BY YOU OR ANYONE ELSE, THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT. You agree to notify RESET FIT WELLNESS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. RESET FIT WELLNESS will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by RESET FIT WELLNESS or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
Copyright Policy
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under the U.S. copyright law. If you believe that materials hosted by RESET FIT WELLNESS infringe your copyright, you, or your agent may send to BIWM a notice requesting that the material be removed. Any notification by a copyright owner or a person authorized to act on its behalf that fails to comply with requirements of the DMCA shall not be considered sufficient notice and shall not be deemed to confer upon RESET FIT WELLNESS actual knowledge of facts or circumstances from which infringing material or acts are evident.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
This agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) between Mihaela Gilea, (hereinafter, “RESET FIT WELLNESS” and you sets forth the terms and conditions which govern your use of any of the RESET FIT WELLNESS website(hereinafter, the “Site”) and/or the services (hereinafter, the “Services”) thereon which are provided by RESET FIT WELLNESS.
It is expressly agreed that the use of all RESET FIT WELLNESS Site and/or Services without limitation and whether engaging in exercise activities or not, shall be undertaken by a member at his/her sole risk.
RESET FIT WELLNESS shall not be liable for any injuries or any damages to any client, any member, or the property of any member, or be subject to any claim, demand, damages or causes of action arising out of the use of RESET FIT WELLNESS Site and Services, regardless of whether it was caused by the negligence of RESET FIT WELLNESS.
RESET FIT WELLNESS urges you and all members to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before performing any exercises or using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise class or program. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in any Services, Programs, Training or Classes organized or conducted by RESET FIT WELLNESS. All workouts, classes, webinars and use of equipment and apparatus shall be at the member’s sole risk.
The member understands that the decision to use exercise equipment, or exercise program, methods and types of equipment, shall be solely the member’s responsibility, and RESET FIT WELLNESS shall not be liable to member for any claims, demands, damages or causes of actions due to injury to member’s person or property arising out of or in connection with the use by member of the Sites, Services and/or premises of RESET FIT WELLNESS regardless of whether caused by the negligence of the RESET FIT WELLNESS.
This waiver and release of liability specifically applies to claims of negligent instruction and/or supervision that may arise as a result of injuries sustained during classes, personal training programs, or advice from RESET FIT WELLNESS. The Member executing this waiver and release of liability hereby agrees to hold RESET FIT WELLNESS harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by any member listed in the membership or any of members guests on their behalf.
