Meet Miha

Hi, I’m Mihaela Gilea, and my mission is to help women struggling in their daily lives through my unique Wellness Model.

I don’t believe in diets or one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead, I emphasize:

Healthy Lifestyle

Adopt and maintain healthy habits.

Positive Attitude

Cultivate a good outlook on life.

Nutrient-Dense Food

Nourish your body with real, wholesome foods.

Enjoyable Exercise

Find physical activities you love.

Balance

Strive for moderation in all aspects of life.

Stress Management

Minimize stress and embrace relaxation.

My story and purpose are rooted in a deep passion for helping women overcome their daily struggles and achieve a better quality of life.

I assist women in achieving mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and professional health. I guide them in understanding their purpose, discovering why they were created, and identifying what holds them back from becoming their true selves.

My journey has taught me valuable lessons about what to do and what not to do to stay healthy, energized, and resilient, especially after stressful times. True wellness is about nurturing your body, mind, and spirit. Life is full of uncontrollable events, but our responses make all the difference. Getting help and making good choices is challenging but incredibly rewarding!

Though I hold a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Human Resources in Human Resources, my true calling is in wellness. This background enriches my perspective, but my heart lies in guiding others toward holistic health.

I hold certifications as a Health Coach, Personal Trainer, TRX Instructor, and Barre Instructor. These credentials enable me to offer a diverse range of wellness services.

Join me on this journey to holistic health, and together we can unlock your true potential and find profound joy and peace in every aspect of life.
